Hi everyone,

I’m sure most of you will be aware of the difficult time the Knox Family have had following Danny’s diagnosis❤️ We at LHDC have been fortunate to have Ava and her supportive family as part of our dancing and now it’s our turn to support them! The LHDC girls would like to raise money to support Ava and her family who are going through a particularly difficult time at the moment. In aid of the Knox family and the Ardgown Hospice the girls are going to be running a 10k with the aim of raising as much money as possible for the family and the hospice who are responsible for the care of Ava’s dad, Danny. So on Thursday we are Doing if for Danny and would appreciate any donations towards this well deserving cause💪🏼💪🏼
