DEAL (Durants Empowering Autistic Learners)
DEAL is a charitable organisation that promotes the understanding of and awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within the north London community and seeks to develop the life opportunities for children and young people on the Autism spectrum.

DEAL is the charitable ‘wing’ of Durants Special school in Enfield, North London. Durants School is a maintained special school that caters for 100 pupils from 11-19 with autism. The school has undergone a transformation in recent years. In conjunction with Enfield Local Authority the school has developed into a secondary provision for pupils with autism in the Borough.

The DEAL charity has broadened the experiences of its students and their families by providing excursions, social events, resources, specialist services and support for the boroughs most vulnerable children. The charity has fostered and developed positive links within the community and promoted the voice of the young Autistic community of Enfield.
