    Story

Dino is a haematology doctor working at the James Paget, (he also worked at the Norfolk and Norwich and Addenbrookes) His little nephew Phone Myat Kyaw has leukaemia and he lives in Myanmar (which used to be called Burma). He needs life-saving treatment (a bone marrow transplant), which will cost at least £200,000 and as Burma has no NHS and little Phone's family cannot afford to pay, unless we can raise this money, this little boy will die. Please help and give what you can. Please share this with your friends. Let's raise this money together and save this little boy's life!
(If we are unable to raise enough money for transplant, then sadly the money will go towards funding his AML treatment up until now and for palliative care.)

      Update from the Page owner

Phone is not well enough to travel for a stem cell transplant . He is now quite poorly. Thank you so much for all the money you have raised which will help to keep him comfortable and for palliative care. Dino thinks that a transplant will not now be possible. The family are very sad but very grateful for your help and support. Many thanks everyone. Please share with hose who you know have given.

Oh my goodness - we've got well over £1000 - well done everyone! Please 'share' the post, if you haven't done so, because every share tends to bring a contribution! Dino is looking into transplant options in India, which will be cheaper than Singapore. This is achievable! X
