Iʼve raised £610 to Help refugees in Milan Italy in conjunction with a Methodist Church Minister who now works with them.

Story
A Methodist Minister has left the UK to go to the Methodist Church In Milan to help refugees /Migrants as part of his ministry. We felt that in this particularly hard task we could support him by sending "shoeboxes" full of essential items for distribution. Our local community has managed to get enough for us to take them by car and help with that distribution but the car is not full. Any money raised would be used to buy these items and take them with us or buy them whilst in Milan. We will be doing the transportation at no cost to the project as our contribution.
Please give at this time to help those much less fortunate than ourselves .

8 years agoThank you all for your kind donations, they are much appreciated and you can be assured that the refugees in Milan would add their thanks if they could. Our car is comfortably full of shoeboxes (more room but at least at the moment we can see out of it!!). The money will be used during our stay in Milan to buy more items for distribution. Thanks again
