Story

Our much loved brother in law, Chris Mountford, has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour, at the age of just 37,which has plunged him, Rachael and their three boys in to a world of uncertainty. Whilst we don't yet know what the future holds for Chris, we do know that, at best, he's looking at at least a year of recovery. This means he'll be unable to work for up to a year, so we're being ambitious in our target in order to replace as much of his salary as we can for this period.
As a proud, self employed electrician, this is devastating for him particularly as, on account of pre-existing conditions, he's been unable to insure himself against this type of event. We just think it will never happen to us! This has left Chris and Rach facing a huge challenge to ensure they can provide for them and the three boys, Mason, Ashton and Lewis, whilst Chris undergoes treatment which we're praying sees him back to his old self as soon a possible.
Both Chris and Rachael's families are rallying to support as much as we can financially, emotionally and practically but the reality is that, without support from our wider community of friends and family, life will become very tough, very quickly.
All donations raised will go directly to Chris and Rach, so that they're able to keep the boys in their own home and relieve some of the financial burden they face while Chris fights the biggest challenge of his life. If you can spare absolutley anything, no matter how small, I know they'll be eternally grateful.

Thanks in advance.

Kev & Scott Eves, and the rest of the Eves/Mountford families. X
