Story
For the past two years Coventry University Scarborough students have gone out to western Romania to carry out aid projects amongst the most vulnerable. We visit homeless projects; state orphanages; private orphanages; schools and gypsy communities. In all these places we bring smiles and activities, but we also take aid. This takes the form of everything from warm woolly hats ready for the bitter winter, to frozen chicken and washing powder. The money we raise here is not to get the students out there. It is not for them to have a jolly holiday. Every penny raised goes directly to support the projects we are working with, and it makes such a difference. Please help in whatever way you can - it really is the case that even 50p can make a difference when added to other people's 50ps.
Thank you
