Hi,

The Brookvale Primary School newly formed PTA known as FOBS (friends of brookvale school) organise events for the school that raises money to go towards things the school and its pupils need and want. Our first Project is to raise money for a much needed refurbishment of the school library. The library needs updating, it needs a new image, new furniture and most importantly it needs new and relevant books. We want the library to be a place the pupils can enjoy reading and learning. Its going to be a multifunctional space where they can sit quietly and read, do group work, topic work or they can do use the school ipads etc.

We've designed the library around the schools own designed book bench which will be the focus of the room.

We really enjoy making things happen for the school and we love seeing the benfits the children get from our work and fund raising. The parents and teachers support the school at every event and this is another way in which we can broaden that opportunity for people to give and create a fantastic space for the children of Brookvale Primary School and for many more years to come.
