In loving memory of Brian Ernest Heathfield who sadly passed away on 9th November 2016.

As many of you will know, Brian was a stalwart, in the truest sense of the word, of Barry Athletic Football Club (formerly Cadoxton Albion FC). A former player, Secretary, Chairman, (barman, cleaner, groundsman, chip fryer etc) and more recently a very proud President. Brian spent many hours 'over the club' marking, rolling and forking the pitch to get it ready for match days. He spent alot of time and on occasions personally funding repairs and maintenance and would constantly pull in favours of help from friends and relatives to assist with emergencies. We know it would give Brian great comfort and satisfaction for him to know that he can still continue to contribute to what was his immense passion and hobby even though he is sadly no longer with us.

To say he will be greatly missed by all his family and friends would be a huge understatement and we have been totally overwhelmed by all the messages of support and tributes. Thank You.
