Traditionally until around 15 years ago the church ran an annual fete in September, this is being resurrected by a new committee many of whom were involved in the Queens Platinum Jubilee and Coronation celebrations held at the same venue. Local groups and charities have been invited at no cost to themselves with the ability to raise monies for their own funds. All monies raised by the Fete Committee go towards the set-up costs which include Insurance, on-site first aiders, hire of toilets, tannoy system, stage, tables and chairs, etc.,
