Bethesda Nursing Home and Hospice is situated in the town of Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis. Bethesda is rightly regarded as being in the heart of the community, with the community at its heart. Like all Hospice's in Scotland resources at Bethesda are stretched and being on an island there are limited possibilities to raise additional income. From a personal viewpoint the Isle of Lewis has given me much so it's only right to put back into the community. With this in mind my own contribution is to jump from a perfectly serviceable aircraft strapped to a stranger to raise funds for Bethesda. * Update* The jump was scheduled for the 10th December 2023 at Fife Airfield but is now rescheduled because of weather.
