Many local heroes lost their lives fighting for our country in order for us to live in peace. Traditionally we honoured our fallen in style, with a pipe band and procession but unfortunately post covid and due to the disbanding of our local British Legion branch this has now diminished to a few people meeting at the cenotaph for prayers and to pay their respects..

We want to revamp the procession, including a band, and once again remember our brave fallen in the way they deserve.

Please help us to raise money to pay for the band, road closures and necessary certificates and insurance, and food after at the Brass Band Club. Every little counts and is much appreciated.
