I've raised £2000 to help to raise funds in aid of the Belhelvie Community Trust SC045563 for all inclusive play equipment for the Balmedie Country Park.

Belhelive Community Trust, registered charity no, SC045563, is trying to make Balmedie Country Park an inclusive play area for all abilities. We have a massive footfall in the area of people coming to enjoy the beauty of Balmedie beach.
Their aim is to provide fun and inclusion for everyone who comes to visit! Already they have set up the Balmedie Beach Wheelchairs, which allows people who would not normally be able to reach the sand, be able to!
The next step is to try and make the park at the beach as inclusive for all as they have now made the sand and waves!
Belhelvie Community Trust has already raised funds and installed an inclusive roundabout which has had great feedback from the community, being used by both disabled and non disabled families. It has been a great asset to the village.
They are now hoping to expand and install some inclusive swings, which would allow disabled children more opportunities to play at the park, feel included with siblings, and just have a great time here at Balmedie!
Having these facilities here would provide a much lacking service there is for disabled children in the surrounding areas.
Being a mother of a disabled child, I know just how vital these inclusive areas are, not only for the enjoyment of the child, but enjoyment for the full family to be able to interact together.
We would really appreciate your support in this and hope for your donation.
Many thanks.
