Butterflies is a Norfolk based organisation supporting girls aged 9 -16yrs old through the often challenging puberty years.

Puberty can be a scary and isolating time. There are many changes taking place physically, mentally and emotionally. Self-esteem issues and strained relationships are all too familiar challenges during this period of life.

With increased feelings of isolation, depression and anxiety experienced by young people, especially over the last years, there has never been more of a need for Butterflies to provide a community, information and support to girls.

Butterflies provides a safe, judgement free, welcoming, engaging environment for young girls to exhale, feel connected, learn about and explore the changes that are taking place for them physically, mentally and emotionally, help to build confidence and those desperately needed bonds with others.

Our programmes have been running for 4 years and we have been successful in creating a community where girls feel heard, valued, inspired, encouraged and supported by their peers.

WE NOW NEED YOUR HELP TO CONTINUE OUR WORK!.

On Saturday 10th September 2022, our girls will be taking part in a 5k Beach to Beach Sponsored Walk, PLEASE SUPPORT THEM by sponsoring a girl for each km or for the entire walk.
