Following the article in the Bailiwick Express recently about the JSPCA finances, as you know Nicky Holgate Smith contacted Jersey dog forum to organise a charity abseil with John Fox at Absolute Adventures on 18 August 2018.

Many of you have been in touch to say that you can’t / won’t abseil as that’s a bit scary but you’d still like to show your support to the JSPCA and so, we have made a donations page. The fundraiser page does take a cut but in our experience this is worth it for convenience as it has a PayPal option - it’s also great for us for transparency purposes. ❤️ As ever, you lot have been awesome but we don’t John standing around all day so please do challenge your friends to abseil and perhaps a promise from you of a donation will encourage them!! 😉

Things have changed at the JSPCA and some brave people have made this happen - so let’s give them a helping hand now that they need it. We know that Jersey Dog Forum members would be sad if the past affects the JSPCAs future. We need them to be able to continue to do what they do not only for dogs but also cats, rabbits, gerbils, reptiles and other animals. Thanks everyone for your support, as usual.
