Story
We are running the Spring 10K Wolf Run and have decided to put our efforts towards a good cause.
We would like to raise funds for an AED defibrillator for Lapal Primary School to make it a Heartsafe School, to help restart the heart of anyone who suffers a sudden cardiac arrest. Survival rates from cardiac arrest remain low and having a defibrillator close by could make the difference between life and death. The impact of losing anyone is tragic, the impact of losing a child even more so.

So the Spring Wolf was very cold.... but, we completed it in 2 1/2 hours..... Summer Wolf next, swiftly followed by the Autumn Wolf.... We still need your donations please...
