On Friday 23rdst August, starting in Northwich , Cheshire, I will start to run 5km in every county in England continously. There are 48 counties in total meaning the total distance ran will be 240km.

Supported by a small team, we will travel in turn through each county and then complete a 5km in each.

During this challenge I will have a live tracker and you will be able to follow my progress along the way. I don't believe that this has been attempted before so finishing this challenge has extra motivation too.

This, without doubt, will be my toughest physical challenge to date and a great motivation will be the fundraising efforts for 2 amazing charities, Cardiac risk in the young who provide free heart screening days for young people across the UK and Disability positive who provide support, guidance and advocacy for many young people across Cheshire.
