Update Feb 2025

We are still very much in need of cash donations and support as the cost of going each time to Ukraine is in excess of £700 per vehicle, so our number of trips are dictated by funds unfortunately, Please support us if you can. We do spend as we get and don't hang on to the funds like many charities do, Your money goes to work within weeks.as of April 2024 we hace successfully spent just under £39900

We have laid on 24 vans and 7 HGV's with over 100 tons of purchased and donated aid with a total value of over one million UK£ we have also delivered over 150 4x4's vehicles and ambulances, All this has been delivered mainly by Tony Preston, Henry Noonan and Steve Sidelnyk but also by our ever growing band of trusted drivers.

We have raised so much and have spent wisely and achieved so much in a the last 2 1/2 years, every £ makes a difference, together we are making a difference.

Our Story:-

Tony Preston along with Henry Noonan and Steven Sidelnyk have been organising aid/vehicles into Ukraine since April 2022 and mainly work via their Rotary Club Ukraine Unity D2232 which is based in Ukrainian city of Lviv and which acts as a point of forward distribution to other frontline Rotary Clubs and NGO's

We have also been able to deliver aid donations to various groups on behalf of persons/organisations who find it hard to arrange transport. We work very closely with Rotary Club worldwide and in Ukraine as well as UK aid groups and individuals.

Over the three years we have linked up with fantastic people on the ground who can advise on whats required and help with distribution, we also have tried to think a little bit outside of the box at times and not just taken the obvious.

We are also carrying on with supporting displaced women and children in Ukraine/Poland especially 4-14 years where we have supplied over 1000 pre packed part filled rucksacks. Each pack has some basic and fun items and plenty of room for them to store other personal items. We hope to do more in 2024 and will be increasing our aid drops direct to church groups and NGO's as so many have little or no support from the large charities.

Unlike past local fundraising we have done it hard to measure the impact our aid has but please take note we are not replacing aid but adding to the vast shortages.
