As you may know we lost our dear father Haji Abdul Wahid/Mossobhir (Rahimullah) on the 3.04.2020. May Allah swt grant him the highest rank in Jannah - Ameen.
We as the children of our late beloved father are asking for your support and good intentions in helping raise money for a good cause as well as fulfilling our father’s dream.
Our Father returned to Allah swt reciting the kalimah and leaving footprints in the hearts of many. He was a role model to not only his family but to the wider community as he was the first point of contact for guidance and support to many. He was the most loving, caring and supportive individual. Our Father was a person whose presence was a beacon of generosity, sincerity and kindness. A Father who had a smile so infectious even the burdened would share in his joy. He was that man of the community that everyone would turn to and being the person he was he would dedicate himself to help them.
Our Late Father who was the President of Shah Jalal Jami masjid had an ultimate dream to help rebuild this masjid for the muslim community. His aim was to see this masjid built and to support the project he participated in many charitable events such as public/tv appeals and donation collections. We would like your support in fulfilling our fathers dream to help the muslim community.
With Ramadhan coming up Shah Jalal Jami Masjid and Madrassah is giving you the perfect opportunity to donate towards a charitable cause. We on behalf of the masjid are appealing for your urgent help and support towards its building project to raise £10,000 amount, which will go towards having a watertight structure InshaaAllah. More specifically, the funds will go towards the rebuilding of the masjid and for this planning permission from Walsall Council has been granted. Alhamdulilah many appeals have been made previously for Shah Jalal Jami Masjid and Madrassah and through the mercy and grace of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى amount of £300,000 has been raised and £600,000 is still left to be raised, InshaaAllah we will achieve this through the help of all our friends and families.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is reported to have said, ‘Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah be it large or small Allah will build for him a house in Paradise. [Sunan al-Tirmidhi)’.
With the above Hadith in mind, please donate as much as you can, any amount be it big or small will make a huge difference.
