Story
On Thursday, 27th July, we're hosting a sponsored walk to support the incredible charity Y Bwthyn Newydd. By participating, we'll be supporting their mission to help the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals facing serious illnesses in Bridgend.
🚶 The Route: A 20-kilometre walk starting from the top of Nantymoel and heading down to Bridgend town.
We have personally seen the incredible impact of Y Bwthyn Newydd in our community. They provide essential medical care, emotional support, and spiritual guidance to those who need it most in Bridgend.
We want to do everything we can to help them continue their amazing work and reach even more people in need. That's why we're raising funds for Y Bwthyn Newydd, our charity of the year, so they can provide vital support to even more individuals facing difficult times.

1 year agoBig shout-out to the organisations that are supporting us: Gwyn Jones & Son Ltd for the transfer coach. Ogmore Valley Life Centre for the venue. Tesco Extra for supplying us with water on the day. Parc print shop for providing a banner to promote what we're doing and how people can sponsor us when they see us. United Graphic Design for providing the vinyl on our charity buckets so people know who they are contributing to. Buffoon Media for capturing some drone footage of us on the day.
