Even the strongest people ive met in my life at some point have suffered with their mental health. From professional sports people, business owners, friends, family, young children and at times myself.

Mental health can take you to a dark place, make you become a recluse, shut out your closest family and friends and even push you to have suicidal thoughts or worse still. Understanding people are here to listen and talk to is the first step to a healthy mind set and knowing you can open up and reach out to good like minded people is so important.
