Story

100PcVatFreeBridge Fundraising

Many thanks to all that donated to the previous 100PcVatFreeBridge fundraising campaign to raise funds for the 1st Poulner Scout Adventure to Malawi This has raised an incredible £8,192.52 for this good cause. Please be among the first to donate to this new cause helping to fund Open Source Software Projects that I rely upon to perform my work.

Much of the software available today is built using Open Source Software. The 100PcVatFreeBridge App is no exception. It uses libraries from the Apache Software Foundation to decode Excel files and web services hosted with Tomcat.

This free software is maintained and made available by a huge band of largely unnoticed volunteers.

The idea of this fund is to ensure that the software continues to be developed and to help with day-to-day operating expenses such as infrastructure services, Internet provision and documentation.

100% of the money received will be split between some of my favourite projects that I have found exceptionally beneficial in my work. The current split is shown below and donations will be made each time the fund reaches a significant amount. (List of supported projects may change at our discretion).
