Less than one in ten people will survive an out of hospital cardiac arrest. But survival rates can be increased significantly if a Defibrillator is used and CPR is performed.

795 rope jumps (skipping)

795 press ups 

and 795 squats 

all in one hour on 31st July 2021to purchase three defibs for Carmarthen Hockey Club. This will mean that each team will have its own defib available at home and away matches as well as at our fitness sessions. We all saw what happened at the Euros - without a defib someone would have died. We want to make sure we have the same precautions in place at our hockey club.
