Story
According to World Bank, learning poverty affects over 250
million children around the world, stifling their life chances. It is estimated that up to 80% of children in low-income countries remain unable to read and understand a simple text by the age of ten.
Everywhere, educators are challenged with overcrowded classes,
poor infrastructure and teachers entering their classrooms with a lack of skills, resources and updated practices to provide children with a good education.
Teachers have more impact on learning outcomes
than any other factor. That’s why we need to help teachers to teach better, so
that children learn more and have a brighter future.
