The Cole girls have united to take on a fairly hefty challenge. We will be swimming, cycling and running a bit further than a Cole would normally choose to of a Sunday morning (70.3 miles to be exact). We are hoping to raise some funds for, and the profile of, lung cancer. 

Quite simply, we wanted to show our support and admiration of those whom we care very much about and who are busy facing much greater challenges. 

If you feel inclined, any support or contribution would be very gratefully received.
