I will be running the Leeds 10k Abbey Dash on Sunday 20th November, for the third time!

It it a fantastic event and raising money for a great charity...AgeUK. Anything you can donate would be very much appreciated.

It was not long before I entered the Leeds 10k Abbey Dash 3 years ago that I started running regularly. I am so glad I did! Having the 10k race on the horizon was such a great incentive to really focus and train.....and completing my first race in under an hour felt a great achievement!!

Now, it's not long until this years race....... if you catch me on Facebook in the next month, tell me to get my trainers on and get out in the wind and rain please!!!!
