Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As you may or may not be aware, I have quite a few family members who have diabetes. One of them is my sister, Emma who is 13 years old and has type 1 (insulin dependant). Emma has to inject herself with insulin a number of times a day. Being a teenager at the best of times can be difficult but being a teenager and having diabetes is extremely difficult.
I am taking part in Bupa's Great Manchester run as part of Team Diabetes UK. Please help me to raise money for Diabetes UK to enable them to (amongst other things) improve the live of sufferers and hopefully one day find a cure.
