This year I will be running the Great North Run, on 19th September, for Great Ormond Street Hospital.  The run is a half marathon (13.1 mile) I ran last year and managed to achieve a personal best of 2hrs 13mins.  I hope to better that time this year.

Great Ormond Street Hospital provides inspirational and world class care and treatment to hundreds of children every day, but to keep up the amazing work they do they need to raise over £50 million every year.  Over 150,000 children are treated at the hospital every year so every penny counts
