So, having held one meeting at the beginning of this year in our new location at the Marriot Hotel, everything went into freefall after that, and it would be a brave person to have suggested that we continued with the regular City Breakfast Club meetings throughout the period.

As we all turn our minds to the start of the festive season, we haven’t forgotten that our usual December event has always supported MK ACT, the women’s aid charity, based in Milton Keynes. We have been trying to come up with a plan to continue supporting this year, but finding a hub which can take gifts, is slightly problematic, albeit not insurmountable.

We've created this page for those of you who wish make a donation to the charity, and I've spoken to Lolly Marlborough, from MK Act who would be delighted to receive your donations and is especially gratified that we have continued to think about them, despite the lockdown.

Thank you so much for your kind donations, and we wish you all a very festive and enjoyable Christmas season, albeit in rather strange and restrained circumstances. 

Lets hope that we can reboot the Breakfast club event at some time in 2021.
