We fund lifesaving research to to tackle heart and circulatory diseases

Story

My amazing boyfriend, adored son of Carolyn and Frank and great friend to so many people (and pandas) across the world, Christopher Dart, died early on May 27th 2010, 10 days after his 30th birthday.

After a lovely relaxing day with me at home, he went to bed and did not wake up, despite the incredible efforts of paramedics and doctors.

We don't yet know exactly what caused Chris' sudden death, but it may have been related to a long-standing heart condition which he was recovering from after a life-changing operation in 2008.

Keeping in mind the years of happiness & higher quality of life that Chris gained thanks to heart surgery and medication, his family & I have decided that rather than receiving flowers we would like to make a donation to the British Heart Foundation in Chris' name.

Please feel free to also use this page as a place to leave any comments or memories about Chris.

Thanks for all your incredible words and donations, and to everyone who helped us celebrate Chris' life on June 10th.
