Hello Folks, me and a few friends of mine are running the Belfast Marathon in May. We are raising money for a depression charity called Aware Defeat Charity. We experienced first hand the effects of depression as we lost a really close friend in our lives as Ryan Doran took his life at such a young age and we want to prevent this kind of tragedy happening to anyone again! We are not asking for much just a couple of pound to make the difference and help someone in desperate need. You can make the difference!
