Working as a volunteer chef in the kitchen at St Catherine's for the past 15 month I've seen some of the great work the hospice does at the toughest time in peoples lives.

I’ve done a few chilli challenges before, including eating the Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw raw, and though this would a different way of raising money.

Along with a Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw, which rates 2.3 million at on the Scoville heat scale  another five chillis went in the Pot Noodle, including the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion which is two million, and the Carolina Reaper which is 2.2 million, so I was eating close to 10 million combined Scoville units in one go.
