As most of you will know, I try to do some sort of fund raising activity each year, but as this has been a particularly difficult year for many of my friends and family, I have decided to raise the bar a bit!  So, this year instead of the Race for Life I am abseiling from the top of Guy's Hospital in London - only 460ft!

I realise that it is a lot to ask for in the current climate but I would really appreciate any donations towards my target of £1000.

There is a professional photographer on the day so I will post some photos as proof that  I have not chickened out.
