In April I am running the 2024 London Marathon for the British Lung Foundation, now Asthma + Lung UK, in memory of my Grandad.

Asthma + Lung UK carries out life-saving research so lung conditions, such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, cystic fibrosis and pneumonia can be prevented, diagnosed, treated and cured much faster. The charity has invested more than £100m in research into lung diseases and continues to be at the forefront of pioneering medical discoveries whilst campaigning and providing advice and support to those affected by lung conditions.
