Injury prevented me from taking part in last year's Rat Race Dirty Weekend in aid of Children with Cancer UK. I was gutted so when Alex Yates suggested getting a team together to do the London to Cardiff 24 I had no hesitation in saying yes and grabbing the opportunity to finally raise some money for this very worthy charity.
