Hi people,  I need your help to help me make a difference.  

With all the fighting our troops do to help protect our country, the least we could do is give a little in return to say thank you. I personally couldn't do the job they do, so I have decided that along with my eldest daughter Bryony, who is running the mini marathon and @trentbarton to help raise as much money as I can for @helpforheros. 

So even if it's just a pound or as much as you can spare it will all help. 

And come and support me and Bryony on the day of my half marathon. 28th September 14 at Nottinghams trent embankment.
