Story
I'm fundraising for Mind this November. Mind is not only there for those moments of crisis, such as the depths of depression, loss of bereavement, or shock of suicide, it's also there for information and advice on keeping mentally healthy any time. And it's local to all of us in the UK.
Chances are, we all know someone, or will be affected ourselves, by some kind of mental health concern in the next 12 months, especially when 1 in 4 people are expected to be impacted in the next year.
10% of children and young people (aged 5 to 16 years) have a clinically diagnosable mental problem, yet 70% of children and adolescents who experience mental health problems have not had appropriate interventions at a sufficiently early age.
One way to keep mentally and physically healthy and resilient is to practice yoga, so here goes... 30 days of yoga for Mind.
Please join in, please support in any way you can.
