Cornwall Air Ambulance is an amazing charity funded by the generosity of ordinary people and groups.

Their services are available to everyone, whether you are a resident of Cornwall or visiting this beautiful county.  

None of us know what's around the corner for ourselves and our friends and family.

This is a challenging trek with lots of steps to climb, and of course what goes up must come down, so lots of steps to desend too!  I'll be walking for upto 8 hours a day for 7 days in October.
