About The Carl Lewis Foundation
The Carl Lewis Foundation is a fundraising charity in memory of Carl Lewis. Following his death from pancreatic cancer at the age of 34, Carl’s family and friends set out to honour his memory and to create a legacy in his name. Carl’s passion was the great outdoors, and he enjoyed walking, climbing, caving and birdwatching, always taking stunning photographs at every opportunity.
The Foundation will raise money for cancer support, to fund both charities and individuals. In addition, we will also look to raise funds for other projects that involve the conservation and protection of places of natural beauty and wildlife and its habitats.
