The objective is to upgrade the access to Worthen Village Hall and Worthen Medical Practice.  To provide step free access, upgrade pathways around the hall, widen and reduce trip hazards, raise the kerbs to separate pedestrians from vehicles, improve the surface of car park to enable bay, safety/emergency access and disabled bay marking.

This will improve the safety for all users of this community resource especially the vulnerable such as children being dropped off to school, pre-school and toddlers, patients and visitors to the Worthen Medical Practice, those that use wheelchairs to access the area and those who are infirm on their feet.
