Wirral Hospice St John's helps individuals and their families that are coming to terms with a life changing diagnosis. We help through sharing appropriate information and outpatients appointments, day therapy for patients helping them with practical, physical and psychological aspects of their conditions, an inpatients department helping with more detailed medical help and end of life, hospice at home and bereavement support.
