The WPSA is made up of volunteer parents who run social events and fund raise to provide those added extras for the School and for the children. Not all of us parents can make it to meetings or make it to every event we run, however we are extremely lucky that the majority of parents and carers in our school community take part in some form; baking a cake, manning a stall, buying a cookbook, the list goes on. However, this group of parents are taking on a much bigger challenge, they are running the Great South Run - 10 miles - before the October half term. All proceeds they make will go to the WPSA and specifically this time, to purchase new sound equipment, a PA and some microphones all in time for those fabulous Nativity Plays. So no more straining to hear your little one saying their one line in the play!
