Wessex Water have been supporting WaterAid since its inception in 1981. Since then, they have worked tirelessly to support our mission to transform lives with clean water, sanitation, and hygiene in the world's poorest communities. In 2003, Wessex Water introduced a staff development scheme, Business4Life. In 2014/15, the scheme raised more than £54,500 for WaterAid. In 2008, Wessex Water introduced a new initiative, Wessex for West Africa, which sees contractors and suppliers take part in fundraising activities within their own organisations, with all funds raised going to WaterAid.
