Story

Your donation will help us save lives.
Haemato-oncology focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of blood cancer and includes leukaemias and lymphomas. The human impact of these diseases is vast and many thousands of lives are impaired or lost as a result.
Led by Professor Martin Dyer, the Ernest and Helen Scott Haematological Institute's main objective is to investigate resistance to therapies, develop new tools for the diagnosis and stratification of patients for better response to therapies, identify new therapeutic agents and procedures, and investigate the mechanisms of action of new therapies available in clinical trials.Your support will help us save lives by helping us take our research even further. You can find out more about our work here: http://www2.le.ac.uk/departments/csmm/research/the-ernest-and-helen-scott-haematological-research-institute
