Story
Support Dogs is a charity dedicated to improving the independence and quality of life for people living with some of the most challenging of medical conditions. We train specialist assistance dogs to achieve this.
Over the past 12 months, the charity has faced an unprecedented increase in people contacting us for help. Support Dogs received over 4,000 requests for help, equal to 10 calls a day from a family or individual affected by autism, epilepsy or a physical disability.
Our supporters are taking part in challenges all year long and we need YOU to get involved!
* £10 is the cost per day of one working assistance dog
* £25 keeps owners and dogs safe with leads, collars and identity discs
* £50 means dogs are visible with jackets and specialized harnesses
* £100 ensures dogs are safely spayed or neutered
* £500 brings partnerships together through client/dog assessment
* £1,000 means our clients have somewhere to sleep when they come to our centre for training
* £2,000 will pay for a whole year of on-going support to a working support dog
As a charity, we rely 100% on voluntary donations so we truly appreciate all of the effort, time, enthusiasm and donations our supporters bring. Every penny you raise allows us to support more people than ever before.
Thank you from everyone at Support Dogs
