On 4 September 2016, over 30 teams from local businesses will be competing in a series of races at the St Catherine's Dragon Boat Festival held at Tilgate Park in Crawley. Teams will take to the helm of a 40-foot dragon boat and battle it out to try and win the coveted trophy cheered on by thousands of supporters who come to soak up the atmosphere and join in the fun.

With less than one third of St Catherine's income coming from the NHS, St Catherine's relies on events like the Dragon Boat Festival and the support of the local community to raise the £17,255 needed each day to provide all our care services.  Since last year's Dragon Boat Festival we've supported 2,178 patients across Sussex and Surrey, and helped 551 people with counselling and emotional support.
