R.E.D January is a movement helping raise awareness and support for mental health through the power of exercise. You’ll not only feel great about yourself, but chuffed about the money you’ll raise for our vital services across the Solent.
The idea is simple:
Get active everyday in January and raise funds for Solent Mind's vital services across our region.
There's no rules:
Running every day might be up and down the stairs, to the bus stop or a 5k every morning…you could even set yourself a team target for you, your mates or colleagues! Celebrate every achievement, no matter how large or small.
