We hope to raise £12,000 from this exhilarating event to helps us to make every moment count for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.  

In order to do this, we hope that everyone will commit to raising a minimum of £100 in sponsorship. As a special treat, anyone who reaches the fundraising target by Friday 24th November will be entered into a free prize draw to win a Family Hamper – including family games, toys, smellies, vouchers and more!
