Restart Rugby are one of the chosen charities at the very first Vélo South on the morning of Sunday September 23, 2018 -  a major new 100 mile closed road sportive for the UK. The world famous Goodwood Motor Circuit will welcome a total of 15,000 cyclists taking to the starting line to complete a 100-mile ride, climbing 7,500ft.

With our team of Restart Rugby riders, we're hoping to raise £50,000 to help support professional players suffering from serious injury, illness or hardship. Restart Rugby provides practical and financial support during these difficult times, helping with medical and rehabilitation costs, home improvements and disabled access. We help players transition out of rugby and into another career. We also provide emotional support for players and their families through our 24-hour counselling service.
