All of our trainees have been affected by homelessness and may also be dealing with substance misuse or mental health issues. Our trainee schemes give them a rare and powerful chance to transform their futures. We are the only place locally to offer these opportunities regardless of what people are going through.

For many of them it won’t be easy. It takes courage, determination and a lot of hard work. As well as a helping hand from you!
