Story
Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition – to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.
Every year more than 11,000 men die from prostate cancer in the UK – that’s more than one man every 45 minutes. Thanks to our amazing London Landmarks Half Marathon team we’re able to fund research into finding better ways to diagnose, treat and prevent prostate cancer as well as support the men currently living with the disease.
On Sunday 25 March, an inspiring team of over 350 runners will therefore take on the inaugural London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK.
